Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Suno BootCamp, operated by Bellringer Productions LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us”). By purchasing a membership or using the site, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Suno BootCamp provides a membership that includes a video course, written products and templates, and the opportunity to submit tracks for sync-licensing consideration through Bellringer Productions’ catalog. Features may change over time.

2. Membership & Billing

Membership is sold as an annual subscription billed through Stripe. Unless cancelled, it renews automatically each year at the then-current rate. You can cancel anytime from your account; cancellation stops future renewals, and your access continues through the end of the paid period.

3. License to Use Content

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the course videos, products, and templates for your own creative use. You may not share your login, resell, redistribute, publicly post, or otherwise make the materials available to non-members. This license ends if your membership ends.

4. Music You Create

You own the music you create using the techniques taught here, subject to the terms of the third-party AI tools you use (e.g., your generation platform’s commercial-use terms). We do not claim ownership of your creations. You are responsible for ensuring your tracks are clear of uncleared samples and third-party rights.

5. Sync Catalog

Submitting tracks for sync licensing requires a separately executed non-exclusive agreement with Bellringer Productions LLC. That agreement, not these Terms, governs the licensing relationship.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to share access credentials, scrape or bulk-download the materials, circumvent access controls, or use the service unlawfully. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. No Guarantees

We provide education and opportunity, not guaranteed outcomes. We make no promise of any specific result, placement, income, or level of success. Sync submissions are reviewed at our discretion and placement is never guaranteed.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
