This Privacy Policy explains what Bellringer Productions LLC (“we”) collects when you use Suno BootCamp, and how we use it.

1. Information We Collect

Account & contact details you provide (email, name, phone, PRO affiliation). Payment information is handled by Stripe — we do not store full card numbers. For sync onboarding we collect your legal name and electronic signature. We also automatically log activity on the site (pages viewed, lessons completed, submissions, sign-ins) along with timestamps and IP address, to operate the service and to maintain records for support and billing-dispute purposes.

2. How We Use It

To provide and secure the service, sign you in, deliver content, process payments, send transactional emails (login links, receipts, agreement copies), provide support, prevent fraud, and defend against chargebacks.

3. How It’s Shared

We use trusted service providers to run the platform: Stripe (payments), Resend (email), and Vercel and Neon (hosting and database). They process data only to provide their services to us. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Cookies

We use a single secure, httpOnly session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

5. Data Retention

We retain account and activity records for as long as your account is active and as needed to comply with legal, tax, and dispute-resolution obligations.

6. Your Choices

You may request access to or deletion of your personal data by emailing us. Some records may be retained where we have a legal basis (e.g., transaction and signed-agreement records).

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections and access controls. No method of transmission is perfectly secure.
