The “We Don’t Quit On You” Guarantee
Our guarantee is a commitment, not a refund window. For as long as you’re a member, you have a standing seat in our live workshops: bring any track you’re building and we’ll architect it withyou in real time — Genre DNA, arrangement, vocals, and prompt — for as many tracks and as many sessions as it takes. You bring the work; we build it with you. It isn’t tied to how you feel about a single song; it’s a standing room that stays open the entire time you’re a member.
Cancelling Your Membership
You can cancel anytime from your account or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues through the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
Renewals & Charges
Membership is billed annually and renews automatically. Payments — including annual renewals — are non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time to prevent the next renewal from billing. If a charge was made in error, email us and we’ll make it right.
Sync Submissions
Submitting tracks for sync consideration is included with membership and is not separately charged; there is nothing to refund for submissions.
